Return Info
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returned items must not be opened and have the original safety seal intact.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email sales@femalerituals.com your order number and reason for return
- We will reply with our return address if the return is accepted
- You are responsible for all shipping charges
